Noch länger Fasching und ich dreh durch. Morgen ist er endlich, endlich vorbei!!

Eigentlich wollte ich hier mehr schreiben, nur irgendwie gibt es nichts besonderes zu berichten. Hm.

Bye bye, 2008.

You were quite wonderful, I'd say.

I went to some wonderful concerts, saw some great cities, bathed in the sea for the first time, tasted salt-water for the first time, collected seashells, "stole" sand from the beach, laughed, cried, began to like myself a little bit more, was content, finished my first knitted jacket which made me happy, met with an e-mail friend in Poland, got wet shoes from the Baltic Sea, spoke some words of a strange language and people actually understood me, "interrailed" for the first time, made up many silly poems, listened rather to old music than contemporary music, talked to my cousin for the first time in years, was (un)happy, sad, pessimistic, worried, hopefully a good friend/person etc. etc. As to love, nothing's changed here and I don't think it ever will but I'll try to make the best out of it.

Happy New Year 2009, everyone!

Elegante Straßenjacke 1933

Nach 10 Monaten und einer Mottenattacke (oder irgendwelchen anderen Viechern, die scheinbar gerne Wolle verspeisen) ist sie endlich fertig:

Sie wurde bereits 3x getragen und passt wunderbar. Ach, ich bin so froh. Ich hatte Angst, dass es nichts wird, da ich noch nie ein Kleidungsstück gestrickt hatte (außer Schals..). Nachdem dieses Projekt nun beendet ist, habe ich momentan "nur" noch 2 Projekte. Ich hoffe, dass mir der Pullover, den ich bereits irgendwann diesen Sommer angefangen habe, etwas schneller von der Hand gehen wird. Aber mal schauen. ;)
